The DSPE-PEG-Propargyl series, also known as Alkyne-terminated DSPE-PEG, features a DSPE lipid anchor combined with a terminal propargyl group for copper-catalyzed azide–alkyne cycloaddition. The propargyl group enables specific conjugation with azide-functionalized molecules through click chemistry. DSPE-PEG-Propargyl is widely used in biomembrane engineering and targeted drug-delivery system construction.
